Saturday Morning

this morning i woke up around 8.30.. cant sleep well again... backache.. i did not help my mum to do housework.. but i help her to snap some nice photo for her plants .. hehe.. sure she'll like it! Love you and sorry that i din't help you finish the housework.. :p

Cant sleep

cant sleep well.. keep thinking of my work load.. can 'smell' the pressure is around me.. is this what we call 'life' ? i wish i can sleep well tonight with my iPod.. recently i keep playing Corinne Bailey Rae’s song especially this 'Till it happens to you'

Happy Cupcake

I spent my weekend to make cupcake.. later i'll post some of my yummy cupcakes shoot & recipe. So who like to eat cupcake can try to bake, k? very easy & it taste very good!

Here's the recipe for my cupcake:

*125g butter
*3/4 cup caster sugar
*2 eggs
*2 cups self-raising flour
*150ml fresh milk
*Whipped cream and icing sugar to decorate

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C. Meanwhile, line two deep 6-hole patty pans with paper cases.

Step 2: Beat butter and sugar in a small bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until combined after each addition. Stir in flour and milk in two batches; mix well.

Step 3: Spoon mixture evenly into paper cases. Bake in oven for 30 mins. Stand cakes in pans for 5 mins; move onto a wire rack to cool.

Step 4: Serve with whipped cream or blueberry. Dust with sifted icing sugar.

Shiyawasei No Lunch (幸福的午餐)

I like to eat japanese food especially with my family member (coz we can make a lot of fun with the food, you'll know when you scroll down).. i like to spend my weekend with my family & my dog (mr.pang) what i mean spend my time is accompany them shopping, watch tv, have breakfast, lunch & dinner with them. Tell them i love them.. and i know my mum want me get a new boyfriend coz she said she's going to renovate her kitchen after cny and she's not going to save any extra spcae for me to "sip zou lar".. ^_^"

sometimes i just wonder am i not qualify to be a girlfriend? can someone tell me what are the minimum requirement to be a good / perfect girlfriend? do i have to be very pretty? do i have to be very understanding or very smart? do i have to be very trendy? sexy? attractive? do i have to know how to cook, how to bake, how to wash, how to iron? do i have to know how to talk sweet thing in front of his parents? do i have to be good in sex? if these are the Min requirement to be a girlfriend then i rather go DIE NOW!!
